Digital Products

Our digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Practice Notes

  • Digital downloads

  • AI prompt libraries

  • Other downloadable educational materials

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are generally non-refundable.

If we determine that your purchase was made in error (such as duplicate orders or billing errors), we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Courses, Workshops and Webinars

Refund terms for live or recorded courses, workshops, webinars, or other educational programs will be disclosed on the applicable registration page.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Refund requests made at least 7 days before a live event will receive a full refund.

  • Refund requests made less than 7 days before a live event are generally non-refundable, although registration may be transferred to a future offering at CTI's discretion.

  • Once access has been provided to a recorded course or replay, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Memberships and Subscription Services

If CTI offers memberships or subscription-based products in the future:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription unless required by law.

Consulting and Professional Services

Educational consulting, coaching, advisory sessions, and similar services are non-refundable once the scheduled session has occurred.

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Founding Member Programs

If CTI offers early access, founding member programs, beta products, or similar offerings, the applicable product page will describe exactly what is included.

Because these programs provide immediate access to proprietary materials and future updates, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted.
